This is a quest to make all the slides featured in the Whittlin Jim's "Slide of the Month" in Boy's Life magazine. (Hopefully without doing lasting damage to my hands or fingers.) Blogging my progress along the way. I completed my task in March of 2017 and now post my own designs along with some other "Slide of the Month" contributors.

Memory Slides
Sometime between 2012 and 2015
Time to make: several hours
Finishing: 1.5 hour
"Don't you often wish you had somethin' to recall that trip you took a couple o' years ago?" wrote Wittlin' Jim. Heck I wish I could remember how to tie these.
The wood is maple finished with a couple of coats of poly while the knots to a while to research then tie. The materials I used to tie with range include paracord, thread, mason's cord, leather and a boot lace.
